个人简介

刘冰,理学博士,博士后,硕士生导师,高级实验师。

2020.10月-至今,太阳集团tyc234cc化学与材料科学学院,高级实验师。2018.10月-2020.10月,大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心,博士后/讲师(导师:朱蓓薇院士),研究方向为水产食品营养保持与品质调控。2018年6月毕业于中国科学院大学新疆理化技术研究所,博士专业为有机化学(导师:阿吉艾克拜尔·艾萨院士),研究方向为蛋白药物物质基础与构效关系研究。目前,共主持国家自然科学基金项目、重庆市科委、重庆市教委等省部级以上项目7项。已在国内外期刊发表论文30余篇,授权发明和实用新型专利8项,出版教材2部。

近年来积极指导本科生、研究生参加各项竞赛并获奖,例如,获得中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛重庆区铜奖、大学生挑战杯科技论文大赛重庆赛区2等奖、全国化学实验竞赛西南赛区2等奖两项、非师范生专业技能大赛二等奖、省级大学生创新创业训练计划等。目前研究方向为智能包装材料研究与开发;多糖、蛋白等食品功能因子开发与应用。已指导研究生10人。
